As election period draws near, this is a good opportunity to learn about the inner workings of SNEATP, what makes SNEATP so GREAT and take that challenge and call to leadership!Those interested in running for positions on the SNEATP Executive Board should contact:

The SNEATP elections took place, May 12th and cadidates were given the opportunity to present their speech on why they feel they are suitable for the positions they applied for.
The nominated positions and the candidates that applied for the positions are listed below. Please click on each candidate for a brief description on what they have to offer for their respective positions. When done, click on the voting link and cast your votes.

Voting is open immediately after the election. The Online poll closes Tuesday May 26th 2009 at 11.45PM. Only paid SNEATP members are allowed to vote for the nominated candidates. Written announcement stating the official election result will be announced on May 27th.
The following positions are still open and we encourage members and friends to participate and take on leadership positions in an organization that increases the number of culturally responsible black engineers that excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.
The Boys and Girls Club after school program is currently looking for volunteers.
Volunteers are needed every Wednesday night from 6:00-8:00pm (from now until the end of the year).
The goal is to teach the children about Engineering through the building of models.
